We had some issues when speaking to one of the finance individuals during our 1st visit. He was very unprofessional in his approach. The following day, the finance manger, Ariel, and salesman, Basem reached out to us in regards to the encounter. They were both very apologetic and willing to assist us in what we were seeking. They were very kind and professional throughout the whole process. This is my 2nd Jeep purchasing from Farrish, and despite the first visit, there was a big turnaround. I highly recommend them!! We had an easy and quick experience buying our 2022 RAM. Pricing was very clear and good. They were fair with their trade in value of our previous vehicle. We had to negotiate a little but that was expected. The service and help was excellent. We were ready to be bombarded with haggling and instead we had an easy and fair experience. Drove 2.5 hrs to test drive and purchase a 2020 Durango. Basem Saleh my sales rep. was prepared and ready as soon as I got there. He was knowledgeable and helpful in reviewing the vehicle. Carfax report was provided without having to ask. Overall sale completion time was fairly quick and painless as well.

Basem and the team at Farrish were extremely helpful, patient, and willing to work with my budget to find the perfect pre-owned Jeep! I showed up an hour before the dealership closed, just hoping to do a test drive, but the team stayed late to accommodate me and get me into the Jeep that day! My 7-year-old daughter was with me, and Basem was so kind and patient with her, even giving her the remote-controlled, sparkly, purple Jeep of her dreams too :) Victor patiently explained "the numbers" (a few times), and also stayed late to complete the financial paperwork.
