I made a same day appointment to address a "check engine" light. I was checked in promptly and the code was read in the service bay. Chuck Freeman and staff immediately informed me that they would need my Wrangler overnight to verify the cause of the issue. The following day I received a comprehensive report of their findings, including an inspection of their suggestions. Ordinarily, I would have selected the desired repairs and awaited notification of completion; however, due to neither I nor Farrish's negligence, my warranty was not properly populated in the system. As for me, Chuck advised me to contact Mopar Warranty. They weren't able to update the system with a copy of my renewed warranty, but were able to provide me a digital copy to provide to Chuck. With the digital copy, Chuck was able to quickly handle my warranty claim and have the needed work completed the same day. Kudos to Chuck and the Farrish Service staff!!
