What can I say. Farrish Jeep is the best Jeep dealership in the east coast. They are a family owned dealership which prides itself on the highest level of professionalism. The communication and attention to detail is second to none. Farrish will bend over backwards to go the extra mile to make things happen for their customers. They will vehicle search for you from other dealer allocations or have custom vehicles produced for you when many other dealers are lazy and just want to sell you their in stock vehicles. My sales associate, Joshua Fowler was awesome. Josh is a true asset to Farrish Jeep, he had a large client base and is simply excellent at his job. From the get go he was always friendly, helpful, accommodating and patient. Jim was able to get us our dream beach car, Jeep Rubicon. The car become available quickly, was exactly as described and then Josh really stepped up to the plate. Josh was able to display his financial wizardry to get us where we needed to be in regards to monthly pricing. When making a large purchase such as a luxury vehicle it is important to feel as though you are getting a fair deal and with Josh you always knew he would be trustful and honest. After purchasing my vehicle Josh took the time to deliver the vehicle (go over all of the technology and functions). The Jeep service agent stopped by to introduce himself and offer his assistance if it was every needed. I was contacted a few days after our purchase by the dealership who thanked me for my purchase via voice mail. How many dealerships have that attention to detail? In closing if you are looking for a Jeep i would suggest only looking at Farrish. They will work hard for you, get you the best deal and make you feel like part of the family.
